My ice machine has stopped working. The ice gets plugged up inside the machine and won't drop down. I blow dry the unit and 4-6 cubes would fall out. It would start working for 1 day dropping maybe 14 cubes then stop, now it won't work at all, this has been going on for two months. I also changed the water filter when this problem started.

Hello Diana, thank you for your question. The most likely issue is the icemaker itself. There is a bit of a heater on the unit and if its doesn't work properly the ice will stay in the unit and get plugged up. You may also want to check the sensor in that section, Part Number: PS2323249 to be sure the freezer is maintaining the correct temperature. I hope this helps!
