Welcomed part for broken glass shelf
This installation was very simple. There is a plastic sleeve that simply snaps onto the edge of the glass. It's a good idea to clean the guides the shelf slides into before you instal it. The glass simply slides into place until the white sleeve clicks into position. You're done. Incredibly simple
This new glass worked just fine, but didn't have the original etched decorative dots printed near the front. It's a completely clear piece of glass. So, if you want an exact replacement, this fits and works perfectly, but will not have the decorative edge the original glass came with, and it also doesn't come with the plastic edge. You'll have to reuse the old one.

What are the dimensions of this?
Hello Mike, thank you for your question. This Glass Shelf is approximately 11.25" wide and 16" long. If you can provide the model number for the unit you want to use it on, we can see if it is compatible or which one is.

I measured the glass shelf I need to replace and it is ~11.25 x 14. The dimensions given to a different question stated this glass shelf is 11.25x16 which would be too long. Please advise on fit. Also, does this shelf come with the end cap, or does that really have to be purchased separately? Thanks!

Hi Lori, thank you for your inquiry. The glass shelf you are looking for is part number PS817511. Its dimensions are: length: 14 inches, and width: 11 1/2 inches. It does not come with the slide rails. You may need to order them separately. The slide rail for the left side is part number PS429917, and the slide rail for the right side is part number PS429915.
