Exactly what I needed when the ice maker screw wouldn't advance
This part is the one to get when excess torque from the ice maker drive screw breaks the tab on the back end of the glide. Five minutes and four screws later and you're back in business. (I tied a string around the one in the back just in case it slipped down into the bowels of the fridge, saving a long rescue mission.) Totally worth the price and saved a service call.

Broken Bucket Glide
Requires a 1/4 inch socket to remove three screws holding the glide in place and a 5/16 inch socket which attaches the drive motor to the bucket glide in the back. I described this as "really easy" rather than "very" because starting the 5/16 inch screw holding the drive motor is in a bit of tight spot.

Bucket guide - Left Side broke that holds tray motor
Centered bucket guide plastic hook (notch) on back to line up screw hole of tray motor. Used socket to screw together. Without the bucket guide plastic hook this was all but impossible to line up the screw hole. When I discovered the plastic hook or notch, the process was easy! You can't see behind the motor housing to see what yo

Left side bucket guide cracked away from the auger attachment. Could not dispense ice cubes.
Amazingly simple. I followed the directions I found on your site 4 socket screws removed. They were easily accessible. Replaced the broken bucket guide with the new part. Put the screws back in in less than 15 minutes the icemaker auger feature that dispenses the ice was back in working order.

Fat hands in small places
Being patient with the project and finding the correct tools to use. It was a bit of a balancing act. But I have my new slide in and back to making ice. Only regret is the by farthest back screw is not snug as much as I would like. It is in but a little loose.

How are you determing the right and left side of the appliance ?
For model number CSHS5UGXCSS
Hello Sergio, thank you for your question. You determine the right and left sides of the appliance as you're standing in front of the unit, looking at it. I hope this helps!
