For model number jp340boa2bb
Hello Barbara,
Thank you for your question. The correct part number for the black knob is under part PS226362 for your model, however they do not have the white stripe you speak of, they are just black and are the only ones listed for your model. Hope this helps!

I need to replace a knob on the stove top. The number on the back of the knob is KIP5970. I can't find the exact model number of the stove top nor the model of the knob on the site. Can you please direct me to the correct knob I can buy? Thanks!
For model number JP960S0A2SS
Hello Linda, Thank you for your inquiry. KIP5970 is actually a factory stamp and not the part number of the knob. We have researched the model number you have provided us (the manufacturer removes the 0 between the S and A when they send us the parts list) and show the burner knob as part# PS226365. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hello Joel, thank you for the question. The black burner knobs come in a knob kit that is available at our site with part number PS11773514. We hope this is what you were looking for!

For model number JP930
Hi Lynn, thank you for your inquiry. The knob you are looking for is part number PS226362. Good luck with your repair!
