No electric power what is the problem with this mower, is the Rectifier
For model number MM550 Black and decker
Hi Julito,
Thank you for your question. If your mower has no power, the rectifier may need to be replaced. The rectifier changes the electric current from AC to DC voltage. If the rectifier is not the issue, check to see if any of the cables in the mower are disconnected, damaged, frayed, or broken. You should also check both the motor and the start switch to see if they are malfunctioning. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
Unit plugged in and won't start. Is there a circuit breaker that might be blown
For model number MM576
Hello Sally, thank you for your question. Yes. Check the Circuit Breaker Box to see if the circuit has tripped. Your can check your Brushes 242273-00( we have a video on that) or, perhaps the Rectifier 72256-03. Good luck with your repair.
