Need the part number for the replacement shelves for this freezer- it appears there are 2 options. Need the upper shelves.

I recently purchased part #PS18169737 x2 and when the box got here it was obvious that it had been opened in transit. My question is did the above part # have the white spacer/clips that lock into the back wall of the freezer or is there a part I need to order to lock the new shelves into place?
