When I ordered this item I thought it showed a front cover on it. We didn’t receive a front cover, shouldn’t we have?

THE ICE CRADLE (HOLDING THE ICE) IS CRACKED AT THE FRONT LEFT SIDE. THAT IS THE ONLY THING WE CAN FIND THAT IS NOT LETTING THE DOOR CLOSE PROPERLY????? CAN WE REPLACE THIS PART OR DO WE NEED THE WHOLE ICE MAKER??

I am getting very thin pieces of what appears to be clear plastic in my ice whenever it is set to crush. Is there a replacement ice tray w/auger, etc that i can buy as a whole unit ? Or do i have to buy each piece separately ? What pieces should i replace.
