Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This rotary burner switch is a genuine replacement part designed to control the heat output of a surface burner on a range. When the control knob is turned, the switch regulates the electrical power sent to the burner, allowing for precise adjustment of cooking temperatures. Built for durability, it ensures a reliable connection between the knob and the burner system, even with frequent use. This component is essential for maintaining accurate heat control and consistent cooking performance. Installation typically involves disconnecting power, removing the control panel, and replacing the faulty switch with the new one. Always verify your appliance model before purchasing to ensure compatibility.

Excellent customer support
The switch is just a switch - not much to say about it. However, I had originally ordered a replacement burner based on discussion with PartSelect customer service. I have a flush range top stove and the manufacturer strongly recommends against attempting to replace the burner myself, so I contacted a local repair service who determined that the problem was with the switch, not the burner.
PartSelect cheerfully agreed to refund the cost of the burner and paid to have it shipped back to them and sent out the switch the same day..
Incidentally, the repair service rep encouraged me to get the switch from PartSelect, explaining that it would have cost more through him.

The right hand slngle burner goes on high no matter what the rotary knob is set to until it is set to about 1 and then goes off. It no longer has a gradient of temperature but is more like on full heat or off. I am guessing the rotary swtich is not working. Please confirm.
For model number LSE5613ST

Both front burners on my range are dual heat burners. They both seem to run away with very high heat and the heat can't be regulated. The burner has to be turned off to stop the heat escalation. Will this part fit my range and fix the problems on the burners?

When turning on any control knob the front right burner also comes on and stays on until I turn the other burners off. It is a tri-burner and the smallest element stays on high once any burner is turned on. Please advise on part for repair

My left front burner which is a rapid heat or something to that effect goes to high and doesn't come down unless I turn the knob to off. The element works great, but the control isn't working. I suspect it's the switch? Can you recommend the correct part number to order please? (The LG site is brutal, thanks for having a user friendly website!!!)
