Top tier dishes not cleaning / sop not dissolving
This repair was relatively easy and saved us literally hundreds of dollars as well as time...we were looking at 3+ weeks for a technician to come out. And that was just to diagnose. The hardest part was my own lack of experience and getting the dishwasher out because of a poor installation. The best part was identifying and ordering the part from PartSelect. The part came quickly...within 2 days. I had ordered a wrong part previously and they took it back no problem. Very pleased with the whole process and their help videos.
