Hi. My dishwasher is not draining. All filters are clear. Hoses are clear. The black hose between the sump pump and pump collapses when the pump turns on to drain. Do I need to replace that black hose or the drain check valve w11622925 manufacture part?
For model number MDB8959skz0
Hi Candis, thank you for the question. First, you may need to make sure that the hose you are referring to is properly in place and not damaged. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to replace the check valve, part number PS16745118. We hope this is helpful!

My dishwasher continues to beep after every cycle until I push cancel. Also after every wash the bottom is full of water and needs to be drained after it cools down.
For model number KDTM404KBS0
Hello Logan, thank you for reaching out. This could indicate a door latch or drain pump issue. We suggest cutting power to the appliance to reset the board fist to see if that corrects the issue. If not you can test the door switch. With the door closed, the switch should read close to zero ohms resistance. If the switch is good, you may have a faulty drain pump. Also check the drain pump, hoses and filter to make sure there is no blockage. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!
My dishwasher keeps giving me a h20 code and isn't able to bypass by just hitting start again. Not getting water but flow it appropriate from water source to machine.
For model number WDT750SAKZ1
Hi Ruth, thank you for reaching out. The H20 error code indicates that the dishwasher is not getting enough water or no water at all. The water fill phase of the cycle is on a timer. We would suggest checking the water inlet valve, part number PS16217908. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
I’m getting an error code FAE4. I dont see this code listed. No water in the drip tray. When I start it, the pump runs to drain and then seems to flash the code when it calls for water. No water enters the washer.
For model number WDTA50SAKZ2
Hello Larry, thank you for reaching out to us. The dishwasher error code FAE4 indicates that a water leak has been detected in the base pan. As there is no water, we would suggest the float switch, part number PS16555330. The float switch could be faulty, sending wrong signals to the control board, causing the error code. Locate the float assembly (bottom front) to ensure it is not stuck and is properly connected. We hope this information helps!
My dishwasher has been making groaning noises at certain times during the cycle. We have narrowed it to a valve issue but not sure if I need the valve chek (#6) or the valve inlt (#23). It is not leaking water and is still functioning normally outside of the groaning noises. Have lived with it for a year but recently the groaning has changed to whining so I think its time to address the problem!

Hello Darlene, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the water inlet valve, part number PS16217908, to fix your issue. We hope this solves your problem!
