Washer start button failed to start washer, unit would start using LG ThinQ App
Turn off power to both washer and dryer at the A/C breaker panel.
1) Pop out side tabs on sides of control panel and remove panel mount screws.
2) Pull panel assembly away from unit. (Unit is not supported by the panel.)
3) Unplug two wires from control panel going to the washer (bottom) and dryer (top).
4) Unsnap control/display board from plastic carrier by opening up the tabs seen along bottom of assembly. Control/display board will pop right out.
5) Pop in new board, tabs should snap back in place, thus retaining board within the assembly.
6) Reattached the two wires from washer and dryer.
7) Slide control board assembly back into position.
8) Replace mounting screws and close pop-out tabs.

Return power to washer and dryer at breaker panel and test functionality.
