Hello Technical Support,
I need your technical expert advice: This is an 8-month old unit,
we can cook but we can't use the oven for the first time because there is no display on the display panel. I did some checking: I unplugged the power and plugged it in after 2 minutes, still the same. When the technician came and saw a roach behind the unit, he said the problem is not covered by warranty due to infestation (Even there was no roaches inside the circuit board when he opened the back of the unit, that was an unacceptable to me). He did not do any testing or checking up to prove his point. He just called his office, then said "sorry it's not covered".
Based on this situation, what step(s) I have to do or any part(s) do I have to replace? Thanks in advance for any resolution on this matter.

Hi Braulio, thank you for the question. For the display panel issue, it seems that the issue is most probably because of the control board. We would recommend replacing the control board, part number PS16634136. We hope this solves your problem!

Purchased in July 2025. The display unit doesn't light up so I can't use the stove. The burners work. Samsung technician said it was a bug inside that shorted the motherboard. Took 1 picture and Samsung now refuses to fix it. What part is needed? Thank you
