I do have a complaint about FedEx Ground, and would warn everyone here to choose a different service. This feedback to PartSelect: put some pressure on your shippers to perform right! ... or, if this is a new normal, then say so, so I can make an educated decision about how much $ I am willing to pay for shipping!

My Kitchen Aid food processor model number is KFP0919CU & does not have a zero at the end. Every time I enter the model number a zero is attached at the end.
