DOES NOT DEFROST COILD FREEZE UP
For model number WZF79R20DW04
Hello Warren, thank you for getting in touch. A freezer with freezing coils that doesn't defrost likely has a malfunctioning defrost system, most likely a faulty defrost heater, part number PS11752658, or a door that is not sealing properly due to a worn out or damaged door gasket, part number PS17216051. Manually defrost the freezer by turning it off and leaving the door open until all the frost melts. We hope this helps.
