Recoil Starter Assembly 951-10955

This is a genuine Yard Machines, MTD and Troy-Bilt part for use with Snow Blowers. The recoil starter assembly houses the rope and the spring-loaded gear that starts the engine. This part is sold individually. The most common reason for replacing the recoil starter is if the rope or spring breaks, causing the engine to not start. The tool that you will need to replace the recoil starter assembly is a 3/8" socket and a 5/16" socket.
