This is a front shaft for your lawnmower. Front shafts are also commonly known as front axles. They support the two front wheels of the lawn mower. If you notice your lawnmower is cutting unevenly, it could be due to a damaged front shaft. To remove the front shaft from your lawn mower, you will need to pry off the wheel covers, remove the front wheels, set the mower on its side and remove the shaft. Align the new shaft and snap into place in the housing. The front and rear shafts are sold separately.
