The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Hello Roger, thank you for reaching out. The main control board for your model is located on the back side of the unit. You will need to remove the PCB box cover to access it. We hope this information helps!

I have Er Ce code on screen fridge is working fine but no ice I unplugged fridge it was cleared for few hours but now it’s back I believe we lost power even though I have serge on plug think it caused this and think it’s board just need to know if I am correct and part I need to purchase

First check the wiring between the dispenser user interface board and the main control board for any visible damage or loose connections, and check both boards for any visible damage. Good luck with your repair.
I have a ER T4 code showing on the display. I have had issues with water filling under the drawers and I have replaced the defrost thermostat a couple times, but this is the first time I have seen this error

Hi Steve, thank you for getting in touch. The "ER T4" indicates a problem with the air damper/baffle, PSPS12705570. The baffle circulates the air from the freezer to the fresh food section. We hope this information helps!
