Does this freezer door handle(313) come with the mounting screws(115)?

Does the handle mounting bracket come separately? Our freezer door works fine but one of the handle mounting bracket is cracking. The right side is the bracket in question.

I need only the plastic clip not the whole freezer stainless handle. Do you sell this it's the close up in one of the pictures.
