Part was fine. The directions were lacking in illustrations. Had to call for customer support to get directions on WHAT marks were supposed to line up, and WHERE.

Delivery was fast and filters work fine. My water is sweet again.

I've purchased water filters at less expensive prices. I don't believe they were as effective at filtering as these new filters. The cheaper filters seemed to just let the water flow through. There was no change in flow as there should be when filters have been used for quite a while. Theses new filters attach easily then you run the water for a few minutes. Easy! Quality is what I want when it comes to something I am putting into my body and also used for my dogs' drinking water.
