I believe my freezer defroster drain tube is clogged with debris, I don't know where it is or how to access it, please tell me. Thank you.

Hello Johnny, thank you for your question. Based on our research, the drain hole is located at the back wall of the refrigerator near the bottom. The drain tube is PS430889.We hope this is helpful!
I'm also need to clean out my Trough-Drain and Tube-Drain but I'm having trouble finding it. Will the Evaporator Coil Cover # PS1526321 need to be removed to find the Trough-Drain and Tube-Drain?
Thanks!

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your question. The defrost pan or drain trough, part number PS6448035, is found in back of the refrigerator near the compressor, and the drain tube, part number PS430889, drains water into it. We hope this helps!
We have clear water collecting on the bottom suddenly. Might we need a drip pan? Freezer keeps temps and has no water; main refrigerator is just fine.

Hi Kathie, thank you for the question. If the defrost drain trough is clogged with ice or gunk, the water cannot drain down. Instead, it collects in a puddle under the crisper drawers. Clearing the drain trough usually fixes the problem. If your drain pan is leaking and there is water outside the refrigerator, you will need to inspect the defrost pan, part number PS2331555, to see if it is broken. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
WHEN THE FRIG DEFOSTS THE WATER DOES NOT DRAIN INTO THE BOTTOM
DRIP PAN. IT RUNS UNDER THE CRISPER DRAWERS.

Hello Doug, thank you for your inquiry. When the freezer in a top-mount refrigerator defrost, water drains down through a defrost tube into a drain pan and eventually evaporates. If the defrost drain tube is clogged with ice or gunk, the water cannot drain down the tube. Instead, it collects in a puddle under the crisper drawers. Clearing the drain tube usually fixes the problem. Replace the drain tube, part number PS430889, if it is damaged or you cannot clear a clog. Good luck with the repair!
