Our ice maker quit dispensing ice. There was oil coming out the auger drive motor. I replaced the drive motor, but it still doesn't work. I checked the harness and the connections are okay. The ice maker works fine.

Hi Tom, thank you for your question. You may want to take a look at your ice solenoids, this part: PS8691994, and this part: PS8691995. If those parts are fine then you may have to take a look at your micro switch for being the problem: PS12724042. Good luck with your repair.

Water does not come out in normal spot. How does the end of water hose stay in place in the dispenser

Thank you for your question. There is a video on our website that you can reference on how to install the water tube. The refrigerator and the tube in the video may not show exactly like the one you have, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part.
