My machine seems to run fine. The only problem is that there is that the water always continues to drip. It never shuts off completely. I have to turn off the water shut off to stop it from dripping. After the spin dry, if i don't turn off the water the clothes get soaked again. What do you think is wrong?
For model number S3700G0WW
Hi Tom,
Thank you for your question. It sounds like your water inlet valve needs to be replaced. You can test it with a multi meter before hand to see if it is working correctly, but it seems like perhaps one of the solenoids are stuck open and that is why you are getting that constant dripping. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Draws full water for wash but draws only 2 slow streams for on right and left of water stream for rinse. Works fine for wash, very, very slow drawing for rinse.
For model number WBSR3140G1WW
Hello Pat,
Thanks for your question. Your water valve may have a plugged up screen or the line may have low pressure.
Remove the cold water fill hose, put the hose in a bucket and check the water pressure.
If the pressure is fine, check inside the valve where the water line attaches to. If the screen is dirty, clean it and reattach the hose. Otherwise, you may wish to consider replacing the valve.
I hope this helps.

Remove front panel and control panel to get to funnel shower head. Removed mounting screw and hose clamp. Installed new part and reassembled washer.
Disconnected the water lines. Removed three screws to remove cover. Removed the two screws holding the water inlet valve and disconnected the power source. Then reconnected the new valve. Process only took twenty minutes.

Water was very slow filling and relay hummed loudly.
Disconnected electrical power plug and two water inlet hoses Removed three screws holding control panel to back panel. Slid control panel sideways then tilted forward to expose inlet valve. Removed the two clip wiring connections and two hold down screws. Compressed the spring clip on the outlet hose and slid it off the valve. Installed the new valve in reverse order. Reinstalled the control panel and three attachment screws. Reconnected the water hoses and plugged the electrical cord back in. Started wash cycle to check out. It now fills properly. Problem solved!!

Triple Water Valve Replacement
The part came to me wrapped in bubble wrap and was not damage. The actual replacement of the water valve took less than 30 minutes. The biggest issue I had was unclamping and reclamping the internal water line spring clamp. The part worked as designed...no more static leaks from the cold side.

Replacing 3 water valve.
Part I ordered was exactly the same as the one I removed so putting the new part in was not a problem. However, shipping was a huge problem. The part was to go via Fedex but instead I had to go to 2 U.S. Post Office and I can not locate my part. I finally located the part in my P.O. box . My input on this is that why such a small part had to be shipped via Fedex. to my physical address when I have a P.O.box ? I would rather have my shipment of ordered parts ship directly to my P.O box, it would be faster and cheaper. Fedex only service in my rural area once a week.

Triple Water Inlet Valve Installation...
With the Washing Machine facing me, I took off three machine screws just behind the Machine control panel. That allowed me to slide the panel side ways to bring it up and out. Tilted the panel towards me to expose the Triple Water Inlet Valve assembly. I then unplugged the electrical connector to it then took out the screws to remove it. I installed the replacement and put everything back together. I still could not get the hot water supply to function as I had hoped. I then disconnected the HOT water hose from the water supply line at the back wall behind the machine. Found out that the hose filter was clogged. I cleaned the microscopic junk out of the filter screen at the end of this hose and re-installed the hose back to the HOT water supply line, this restored the HOT water function to fill the Wash Tub. Machine is up and running like new. Though I replaced the water valve assy. I may have also removed a possible junk problem within the old water valve assy. itself, replacing the old water valve
