My Maytag refrigerator is leaking water on the floor. The drain pan is full and completely frozen over. My wife has heard a click noise come from the refrigerator then water comes running out at a high rate. Could it be this fan is not working?
For model number MFX2571XEM3
Hello Gary, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Fan motor to see if it is running to help evaporate the defrost water in the pan. There will be a fan down by the compressor and in the freezer that needs to be checked. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

Right side of my evaporator keeps freezing up every 3 months. have to open up freezer box and dethaw. I understand the control board you sell controls the defrost mode ? not sure what the most common part replaced would be ? Defrost Thermostat ? Heater element ? Control panel ? Any help would be appreciated.
For model number WRX735SDHZ00
Hello Rich, thank you for reaching out. Your freezer is likely freezing up due to a failed defrost thermostat or heater element, which are the most common causes of evaporator coil icing and typically the first components to check. We would suggest checking the defrost thermostat first, if it is good, then the defrost heater might be faulty. The part number is PS11738605. We hope this solves your problem!
Ice on coils, started every few months had to unplug and defrost then it became more frequently. I have replaced bi metal thermostat x2 and thermistor reads ok. Test number 6 reads open in diagnostic. Have taken assembly out and measured for open nothing found but fan assembly motor on red and white wire read 130k which does not seem correct? Also, heater reads 30 ohms.

The freezer is cooling great at 0 degrees but the refrigerator will not cool below 50 degrees. I have cleaned all the lint and dust from underneath and the rear aound the fan and the compressor but the unit still will not cool below 50 degrees
For model number MFT2771WEM2
Hello Jim, thank you for reaching out. You may need to check the damper control assembly, part number PS11751017, to fix the issue. The air damper control assembly controls the cold airflow from the freezer compartment into the refrigerator compartment. If this is stuck in between or is faulty, the refrigerator may not cool. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
My refrigerator makes a high pitch whine/whistle. If you push on the refrigerator anywhere it stops and comes back a couple seconds later. I have already replaced the fan on the bottom by the compressor and still has the noise. VERY annoying!! Is there anything you can suggest? Door seals all look good as well. Thank you

Freezer working properly but fridge not cooling
For model number KFXS25RYMS4
Hello Hugo, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the damper control assembly, part number PS11750106, to solve the problem.
