Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This genuine zeolite container with integrated heater is a key component of the dishwasher’s advanced drying system. It uses a natural mineral to absorb moisture during the drying cycle, while the built-in heater regenerates the zeolite to maintain high-efficiency performance. This process creates a dry, high-heat environment that helps eliminate water spots and ensures dishes come out clean and dry without the need for chemical agents. If your dishwasher is experiencing poor drying results or displaying error codes related to drying, such as E07, this part may be the cause. Replacing it can restore optimal drying performance and energy efficiency. Installation is suitable for experienced DIYers. Disconnect power and water supply before beginning and follow standard safety precautions. Always confirm your appliance’s model number to ensure compatibility before purchasing.

Hi - I can run a cycle and the dishwasher completes, but will post an E:02 error at the end, with and without the Crystal Dry option selected, with dishes coming out still wet. I unplugged the zeolite heater, from the control board, ran a cycle, and it threw a E:10 error, which seems to confirm that it recognizes the zeolite container/heater is no longer connected. Before I order a new zeolite container/heater this to solve the E:02 error, is there a way to confirm it's not a heating element issue from the main water pump/heater instead? I can't track down a service manual to drive further into troubleshooting at the moment, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Adrian, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the error code E02 indicates that your appliance is having difficulties with heating the water. We would recommend replacing the heat pump, part number PS11724988, to fix the issue. It moves heated water through the spray arm to clean the dishes. We hope this helps!
I have the /01 model ext on the model number. I’m getting the E07 error (zeolite fan). I discovered a hole in the supply tube which I assume was jetting water directly into the zeolite tank. I have replaced the supply tube and have the replacement fan. However since I have the machine disassembled, it may be worthwhile replacing the zeolite tub. Is there any research/advice that if fan needs to be replaced, chances are the zeolite tube also needs to be replaced?
For model number SHXM88Z75N
Hi Jerry, thank you for reaching out. The error code indicates an issue with the drying system like zeolite fan assembly, part number PS12367765. The issue could be with the zeolite container, part number PS12718976, as well as it contain the heater. We hope this information helps!
