My mother's Frigidaire (ffre4120sw2) dryer is just over a year old and used probably a dozen times. It will heat up while on the Heavy Duty setting BUT NOT heat up at all on the Normal setting. Heavy Duty setting gets extremely hot, and we burnt a mattress pad but on Normal. Exhaust lines are clear and the blower is running great, both as checked outside the house at the vent. I am thinking it is the control board but with such little use it just seemed odd.
