If I purchase this pcb assembly, main and it doesn’t fix the issue (te1), can I return it for a refund? Note: I have already replaced the thermistor, HL thermostat, blower thermostat, and dryer thermostat. I still get the te1 error.

have a te1 error code
1. remove thermistor and have 10,4 ohms if i hold in have it drop to 8 ohms so it seem to be working
2. I checked blower thermostat and its closed
3. tried resetting it by unplugging it and hold pause/start button for 5 sec
4 . turn machine back on and come on for 5 sec and then te 1 again.
is there anything else i should check

Hi Jim, thank you for the question. The TE1 error code indicates a problem with the thermistor or temperature sensor. Since you have already checked the thermistor and blower thermostat, and attempted a reset. Ensure that all wiring and connections to the thermistor and control board are secure and not damaged. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the main PCB assembly, part number PS12589967. We hope this sorts out your problem!
