When I preheat oven no matter the temp. It’s broiling on the top. Burning everything. Temp set on 350.400 etc. beeps like it’s preheated but it’s broiling
For model number LFEH3054UFa
Hi Stephanie, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, it is normal for the broil to turn on during preheating. When your oven is pre-heating, the bake and broil element will cycle on and off. The oven will use the bake element, the broil element and, in some models, also the convection element. In ovens with the convection feature, the convection fan will come on during preheat in the conventional cycle also, but will go off when the oven reaches temperature. However, if it is acting abnormally, then we would recommend checking the controller, part number PS12584993, as it is most likely faulty. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Hello Charles, thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you might be dealing with an electrical issue. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Check the Circuit Breaker: Ensure that the circuit breaker for the appliance is fully on. Sometimes, a breaker can trip partially, which might allow some power through but not enough for the oven elements.
2. Inspect the Wiring: Since you are only getting 109 volts, there might be an issue with the wiring. Check the connections to the oven's heating element and ensure they are secure and not damaged.
3. Test the Outlet: If your appliance is plugged into an outlet, test the outlet with a multimeter to ensure it's providing the correct voltage.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, then you may need to replace the main control board, part number PS12584993, to solve the problem. We hope this helps.

My electric stove powers on but it wont heat the top burners or the oven. I have to unplug and re-plug for it to work and it will still stop heating after a few minutes.

Hello Ed, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the terminal block, part number PS2333392, to solve the problem. A malfunctioning terminal block can most probably cause this issue. We hope this helps!
Static shock when I turned off the oven timer and the display went completely blank. Turned breaker off for 10 minutes then back on and the display is blinking 7200, then 7207. None of the buttons do anything. Did the controller get fried from the static electricity when I touched it?

Hi Laura, thank you for reaching out. There might be a communication error or a shortage. We would suggest checking the touchpad and wire harnesses to the control board first. If they are fine, the issue could be with the control board, part number PS12584993. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
