Dishwasher turns on automatically. Buttons will automatically come on and go off. Sometimes, the dishwasher will not turn off or turn on when buttons are manually being pushed.

Dishwasher stopped drawing in the water needed in a cycle. It is mildly steamy inside when door is opened mid cycle. When working properly steam would roll out, and ample water would be visible. Did rudimentary troubleshoot--water line, plugged in, no kinks in water line, unplug reset. Did not work. wash pods lay in the the bottom of dishwasher undissolved after cycles. Diagnostic mode yielded 1 pause 6 (or 6 pause 1). This sounded like it was either the control panel or the water inlet valve. I replaced the water inlet valve. and the problem changed. I could hear the dishwasher drawing in water. The cycle proceeded, taking what seemed a very long time. When finished pods in tray undissolved, dishes moist but unclean. What would be next? Control panel or ?

Hi David, thank you for reaching out As you have already replaced the water inlet valve, we would suggest checking the circulation pump, part number PS11723102. It is designed to circulate water through the spray arms during both the wash and rinse cycles. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
When in Quick mode, the dishwasher will finish the prewash cycle. Then when going into wash mode, it will fill up with water start washing then beep and drain the water and when shut down.
When I use the Normal mode, it normally completes the full wash cycle but I had it fail to.
In all cases, it always shuts down after all the water has been emptied.
I've replaced the main board. Any ideas?

Hi Lenard, thank you for your inquiry. We recommend replacing the sump, part number PS11755471. We hope that helps!
In all wash modes selected the evacuation pump comes on, then the machine fills, a click is heard, but does not begin to wash. No hum from the wash pump can be heard. Is the control board the most likely cause.

Hello Ed, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking pump and motor assembly, part number PS11756615, to fix the issue. It pumps water through the spray arms during the dishwashing cycle. We hope this solves your problem!
Dishwasher turns on I can here the pump turn on and the water drain but the arms are not spinning and it does not come out of wash mode, I have change out the motor pump. next on my list is the control board. just want to make sure i am on the right path.

Hi Grant, thank you for getting in touch. If you have already replaced the circulation pump and the issue persists, you may need to make sure that the spray arms are not obstructed. If that is not causing the issue, then the control board, part number PS12583931, is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. Glad to be of assistance!

Our dishwasher is having issues. The unit will run throuch the wash and dry cycles but sometimes will stop after the dry cycle and leave water in the bottom and other times it stops and it is empty on the bottom. It washes fine and the heat comes on fine. At the end the led on the door is to light up white to indicate its done but it doesnt do that anymore. Sometimes its like it is done with no led lit and other times the cancel button light is on like it is stuck in a cycle. Any thoughts? Thanks!
