The stainless steel backing (where the control panel is), is terribly damaged. The timer is fine. Can we replace just the stainless steel portion?
For model number WFG540H0ES0
Hello Peter, thank you for your question. Yes, the Stainless steel Control Panel PS12578672 with a cut out in the middle where the Timer would go, is just the shell without components. Item 3B. Thank you and have a great day.

There's a beeping noise coming from the control panel. We tried to run a test but the beeping sound is still there. Does that mean the control panel needs to be replaced?
For model number WFG520S0AS2
Hi Vanessa, thank you for contacting us. If you are getting beeping, randomly without an error code, then it means your control board, part number PS11754605, has an issue and needs to be replaced to fix the issue. But before replacing the control board, we would suggest a hard reset by unplugging the unit for 60 seconds and plug it back. If this does not solve the issue, then replace the control board. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
