Part does not fit
I have a Jenn-Air range/microwave combo model JMV2430WP00 and PartSelect.com’s part number PS12578368 doesn’t fit. It’s about 1/8 to 1/4” too thick. Consequently, the glass turntable that sits on top of the part is too elevated and won’t turn. I see that this problem was noted by another reviewer. While the part gets a zero rating, the vendor’s customer service gets a 10 star. They refunded the bad part and put me in touch with mfg at 1-866-698-2538 who quotes part #WPW10776938 which I ordered. Fingers crossed that it works

Hello Alex, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching the model number that you have provided, there is a coupler that goes onto the turntable motor shaft, part# PS12114446. The motor is part# PS11769794. For safety reasons, since the microwave capacitor can still store electricity even when the microwave is unplugged, it is usually advised that you discharge the capacitor before any attempt at repair. We have included a link on how to do so. Good luck with your repair.
I purchased shaft coupler PS12578368 on order #22473627 for my Jenn-Air undercounter microwave. The coupler is almost 1/4" taller than the original one.
