Can you help me I need a relief valve for this compressor
For model number 921.166420

Had to fake the model number above in order to submit this question.
I need to replace the pressure relief valve on my Sears Air Compressor, model 919.153010/110. This afternoon it began bleeding air continuously, even at pressures far below the cut-out limit. My manual says the part number is KK-4315. This site lists that part #, though it appears somewhat different than the part on my compressor. However, the model # doesn't match any in the drop down menu.
A Sears Parts website does list my model number, but reports that part KK-4315 is no longer made and is not available.
My KK-4315 has a spring loaded pin that pushes a lever on the pressure switch (part CAC-4220-1) to turn off power to the compressor at cut-off.

Hi Kerry, thank you for reaching out. We would first recommend checking the o-ring in the compressor pump. If it is fine, you will need to replace the relief valve. The relief valve, part number PS10048234, will fit your model. Glad to be of assistance!

5 gal. craftsman air compressor stops building pressure at 40 pounds but continues running
For model number 921.166360
Hello Robert, thank you for your question. If the air compressor is not building pressure, we advise you to check the line coming from the pump to the tank for leakage. If this does not fix your issue, then you may have to change your pump gasket kit, part number PS10044723. Over time, gaskets may wear out and begin to crack eventually requiring replacements. We hope this solves your problem!
