The #3 on the control panel does not work. I have cleaned the panel face, that helped once, I have cleaned the ribbon cable connector, and under the black overlay. The #3 button still does not work, just beeps multiple times when selected. No error codes displayed. Do I just need to replace the black overlay, or the entire control panel? Thanks.

Hello Laura, Thank you for the question. The F11 Error is a shorted key error. It indicates a key on the keypad has been detected as pressed in for a long time or is stuck. If cleaning the pad has not fixed the error, the Control Board, PartSelect Number PS12585152 will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
