Ice maker was easy to install.
Ice maker was easy to install. It was recieved very quickly, in excellent condition. Sadly it didn't fix the problem. Dumped two rounds of ice then no more. I can't even hear it calling for water. Maybe it is the water valve. I will probably have repairman come look at it.

Exact part but a little tough to install
The ice maker was exactly what I needed and the videos on how to install it in the door were straight forward. However, this one goes down in the bottom freezer and was not all that easy to get to and there was no guidance on what had to be removed.

Ice maker failure
Ordered a replacement ice maker. Simple to remove old unit one screw and one screw to remove wire cover to unplug. ice maker works but the part of the arm that looks like a comb broke. do I need to have the whole assembly? What is the function of the "comb arm" will it be a problem not to replace it.
For model number ZWE23PSHHSS
Hello Ann, thank you for the question. The function of the ejector is to push the ice cubes ejected from the ice tray into the ice bin. It does not come separately. You may need to replace the icemaker, part number PS12345035. Because with broken ejector, it would not eject the ice cubes in to the ice bin. Let us know if you have further questions!

The ice maker calls for ice however the cubes get frozen stuck to the arm and where they come out of.
For model number GNE29GSKFSS
Hello Shaun, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the water inlet valve, part number PS12172972, to solve the problem. It supplies water to the ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator. Glad to be of assistance!
The ice maker does not make ice and the water keeps on running and it filled my kitchen floor with water
For model number dfe29jmdees
Hi Alfonso, thank you for your question. There are two parts that you should check for this issue. The first part to test would be your water inlet valve. The valve can be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 500 - 1500 ohms of resistance. If that part is testing correctly then you should look into your ice maker being the issue. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

both my ice makers make ice, but will only dump the first batch and then they just stop..
For model number DFE29JMDAES
Hi Monique, thank you for reaching out. First, try resetting the appliance by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back on. If the issue persists, then you may need to check the user control and display board, part number PS6011772. We hope this helps!
