Interior light would not come on when right hand door was open
Remove the screws from the two door pivot covers. Remove the covers and set aside. Remove the screws from the control board; disconnect the electrical connections; remove the door light switch, install door light switch then reinstall everything.

Why does my new door switch come with 3 prongs instead of 2

Alarm sounds as if door is not closed, but they are closed and interior lights will not come on, unless I unplug and reset the fridge. We were also experiencing issue with the temperature fluctuation. Replaced the mother board and that seems to have resolved.

Hello Angie, Thank you for the question. If the New Mother Board has fixed the temperature issue but the Door Ajar Alarm is still active, we suggest testing the Temperature Sensor. The Sensor could be detecting a higher then normal temp and the appliance thinks the door is open. With the sensor warmed up to room temperature the sensor should read approximately 6.2K Ohms at 68°F. With the thermistor submerged is a glass full of ice water, the sensor should be very close to 32°F which should read approximately 16.3K Ohms. We hope this helps!
