The control panel indicates overtemp with the red light on. The actual temp is -17. Will replacing the control panel fix the false error/alarm? Freezer was purchased 2 / 2021

Hi Rod, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding, the issue is not with the control panel. We would suggest checking the temperature sensor, part number PS12172953. It may be out of calibration, sending an incorrect high-temperature signal to the board. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

This unit is less than 1 month old, is freezing wonderfully, but the LED lights indicating power, reset and outage are no longer on. Must I replace the entire control panel or is an LED bulb available?
