The unit is running but not cooling.Is it the capacitor? or what else would stop the compressor from working--besides the compressor itself. Thank You

Hi Doug, thank you for contacting us. Before replacing the capacitor, we would suggest checking the compressor start device, part number PS11742391. It attaches to the compressor and helps in starting the compressor motor. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!
How do I know whether to order a replacement capacitor or the Start device?
