Washer Lid - White W11117421

The part came in very good box,the lid had glass in it but it was ok. Took very little time to put in the new lid.

The first lid came broken probably due to something being dropped on it as the box had a hole in it. The customer rep refunded my money immediately. PayPal contacted me with in 2 hrs informing me that my money had been refunded to my PayPal account. I waited a few days and reordered. Customer rep was David. He was awesome. The new lid was shipped that day, a Thursday and lid was here on Tuesday. My husband installed new lid and machine works. Will say customer service was 5 star.

The part arrived fairly quickly, but not in great condition. Due to the lack of protective packaging the switch on the new lid was broken, I had to remove the old switch from the old lid. After putting the old switch in the new lid , I was able to get my appliance back in working condition.
