REFRIGERATOR / FREEZER NOT WORKING. EVAP AND CONDENSER FANS WORKING SHOULD THIS PART RESOLVE THE PROBLEM

Please submit a new question on what is happening with the appliance, E.I is it turning on but is not cooling. Is the appliance powering on with lights. Is the compressor kicking on ect. Fridge shows a FF code unit lights all work as well as the digital display. Fridge does not cool on either Fridge and the condenser fan is running and I feel air coming out the vent on freezer side. I also feel the top part of the compressor vibrating. Question is would the control board fix this. Thank you

Hello Leroy, Thank you for the question. The FF indicates a problem with the evaporator fan motor in the Freezer. If the Fan motor is replaced and you still have an issue, you could have a defective Control Board. We hope this helps!
