Not a replaceable part
My Bosch microwave door pulls down, and began to just flop down when opened. The spring in the partselect diagram appeared to be the issue. When received, instead of 2 springs, I got 1 and an empty package. The spring was so small it would fit in a thimble! I asked for a Bosch technician to come out for help. The Bosch repairman said it was not a replaceable part! He recommended a whole new door, which I then ordered!
