This part was an exact replacement. The installation went well. I also needed the vent seal but I was able to fix it with a little silicone gasket maker.

Started leaking on wash cycle from bottom left corner of door
Removed old seal and replaced with seal #WDO8X23477. Seal went in well but it was supposed to have about 2” left over on each on the bottom to curl towards the tub. According to instructions with stainless tub this did not so it still leaks some. Old seal has 2” extra at bottom. So did not work for my application.
