Refrigerator will not cool. Freezer is working fine. Could this be the possible cause?
For model number MRT311FFFH00

Hello Wade, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the fan at the back of the Freezer to see if it is running and circulating cold air from the Freezer to the Fresh Food Section. We also suggest testing the Refrigerator Temperature Sensor. There should actually be a tech sheet with what the thermistor is supposed to be reading behind the bottom kickplate grill of your appliance on the left hand side. However, if you do not have that there, usually at room temperature you should be reading around 11000 ohms. In a cup of ice water you should be reading 27000 ohms. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair!
