After I changed the water filter, the water and ice do not work. The filter light comes on and Err shows on the screen.

Replaced the ice maker and still no ice,i pour water in the tray and made ice,but after that no more ice,i turn off the ice machine for 15 seconds and move the paddle 3 times within 15 seconds and still no ice,thanks for your help
