Standoffs were not provided. The current standoffs needed to be remove and placed on the new board. (Not easy)
One the standoffs were removed they needed to be trimmed to attach to the new board. Took longer to do this than remove and replace board.

The display on my Bosch range shows gibberish! All the touch sensitive buttons work, but aliens are trying to communicate through the display. Would this indicate an issue with the control board (12012946) or just the display (00758968)? Thanks!

Hello and thank you for writing.
The problem could stem from either one. The easiest way to diagnose which part is faulty is to test the components with the use of a multimeter. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
After receiving a E310 code I cut power for 30 minutes and E310 code returned. Should I purchase a new control module. Also where is it located? Thanks.

Hi Joseph, thank you for a very interesting question. The error code e310 indicates the data memory error in the control module. You may need to replace the control panel, part number PS11759845. It is located just behind the front panel. Glad to be of help!
The oven will not light...the glow plug is red...broiler works, top burners work...what can it be? thank you

Hello Steve, Thank you for the question. The igniter may be weak and still be at fault because it requires a certain amount of current draw to open the valve. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
