is this part needed for conversion to lp gas ?
For model number WFG515S0EB1
Hello Terry, Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, this part would need to be converted to LP gas as well. To do so, there is a pin underneath the white cap that you would need to unscrew, flip over and then twist back into place. Good luck with your repair.

Our stove is at our camp and worked fine initially after installing the LPG offices. We used the oven several times. Fast forward three months we returned and the oven no longer lights. The stove top burners work fine.
I have cleaned the oven ignitor and tested. Have also removed the lpg orifice and checked for blockage. Also checked connections on the safety valve. Oven goes thru the start process ok and ignitor sparks 6 times.
Appears that no gas is getting to oven burner. Is there a way to test the safety valve ?
Any help appreciated as this at a very remote home site

Hello Tim, thank you for contacting us. You can safely test the gas valve. Check between each solenoid for 216 ohms of resistance with a multimeter. We hope this helps

Oven does not always light when starting, I can hear the ignitor sparking and smell gas but it won't light. I sometimes have to try 3-4 times to get it to light. Just the other day the oven was lit and was cycling but then stop cycling. I have replaced the igntor now every year for the last 4 years which seems to help but now I'm not sure.

Hello Rick, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the valve and pressure regulator, part number PS11756682, to fix the issue. It controls the gas supply to the oven burners. We hope this solves your problem!

Oven works fine for the first 15-20min and then all you hear is the spark igniter trying to light it again which it will not. Let it cool down and it will start fine and run for 15-20min and repeat.....i did replace the oven thermostat which did not fix the problem. does this unit have a safety valve on it? i do not see any on the drawings. are there replaceable solenoids on the gas valve?? or is there some other root cause?
For model number AGR5630BDB1
Hi John,
Thank you for your question. Yes, all gas appliances have a safety valve. This part here is actually your safety valve. Unfortunately you would have to replace the whole valve if you needed to replace the whole valve. This would be one the parts I would suggest testing as well. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
