The Dryer doesn't register time or work on some selections. Will this part fix this.

Hi Edward, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description, the issue is with the control board, part number PS11754075. It processes the cycle settings you choose. We would recommend replacing the control board to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
