One of the knobs on my jennair range broke. On the underside of the knob, i see "w10586551". I see there are two different knobs available on your website, but there are no pictures and no information as to how the two knobs are different. Please help!

Hello Sam, thank you for your question. The two knobs are the same but just different colors. The knob in stainless is part number WPW10505764, the knob in black is W10505765. I hope this helps!

We have this JennAir dual fuel range. One of the knobs that turns the burners on and off is broken. We have the knob but the small metal part that makes the knob fit on tightly is missing. Can we get just the inner part of the knob and not an entire new knob?
