I am getting an f28 code on the washer. It will lock the door and start the water, then shut down. The code is for a serial failure between the control board and the motor control unit. Does that most likely indicate that the motor control module needs to be replaced?
For model number MHWE300VW00
Hello Glenn, thank you for your question. Yes, the error code is in reference to a communication error between the main board, and the motor control board. Most issues are caused in the blue wires from the main board to the motor control unit. Check the connections on the blue wire harness from the CCU to the MCU and check for any corrosion or loose wires. If the issue is not the wiring, you will want to test each board to determine which board has failed. Most of the time the MCU is the issue. I hope this helps!

I am trying to figure out the problem with my Kenmore Elite Washer. When I loaded it, it first gives Sud and after gives an F35 error. I thought it was the pressure switch and got a new one but the Sid, F35 error still keeps coming up. What do you think might be wrong with the Washer because I can't use the washer with this error? Do you have the part that might be causing this error?
For model number 11047798800
Hello Ed, Thank you for asking. The F35 error code may indicate an issue with the Control Board or Pressure Sensor. If the new Switch did not fix the issue, you may have a faulty Board. We hope this helps!

Power switch is unresponsive. Unit is plugged into a working outlet.
For model number WFW9200SQA10
Hi Susan,
Thank you for your question. There are a few parts to check to see if they are working correctly. First you should take a look at your door lock latch, if that part is not working correctly your appliance will not start. You may also want to take a look at your temperature sensor as well. However if those parts are fine, the issue might actually be in your control board. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

The equipment stops in different cycles and does not send any code or alarm, it can end its cycles or do it at the end, it is variable, it is given to start and start from the point where it stops, the card will be damaged w10384846 washer motor control unit?
For model number WFW9550WW01
Hi Arturo,
Thank you for your question. If the washer stops during different cycles, the issue may be the door lock. If it is not working correctly, it can cause issues throughout the washer. You will need to test the door lock for continuity with a multimeter. If this is not the issue, then you will need to check the electronic control board for signs of damage, wear, burning or scorch marks. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
When i start the washer it s
