Left rear heating element only heats partialy this is the 1300 watt element when placed on high only two rings on element heat up.

I'M LOOKING FOR THE HEATING ELEMENT THAT IS #4 IN THE COOKTOP PARTS DIAGRAM. THE ELEMENT THAT IS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE VENT BOTTOM RIGHT, THE LARGE ONE ON THE LEFT SIDE. PLEASE ADVISE.
