My timer on my Kenmore dryer will not work at 70 minutes. I have to turn it to 40 minutes for the dryer to dry my clothes. What part do i need and what is the cost? Thanks lavonne
For model number w10337521
Thank you for your question. If the timer is not advancing, that is one part that you will need to check to see if it is working correctly. There are some other parts you will need to check as well. You will need to check the cycling thermostat, the thermal fuse, the thermal cut-off, the high limit thermostat, the door switch, the belt and the door catch. The electronic parts will need to be tested with a multi-meter. Here is a link to one of our videos on YouTube that you may use as a general reference on how to use one, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWC44fHn0As. For more information on these parts, check under Appliance Repair on our website. On the next page select the dryer icon. There will be a list of symptoms that come up on the next page. There are only a few parts listed under, "How To Fix A Dryer Timer That Won't Advance", but you may find information on how to test the other parts under the other symptoms listed. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

For model number 110
Hello Danny, thank you for contacting us. We would be happy to look into a replacement Timer, but we will need the model number of your appliance to do so. We look forward to hearing back from you.
