On the upper dishwasher rack, on the metal tracks where the rack rolls in and out, are there two rollers on each side? The track on our dishwasher has one roller on one side and two on the other side. Have we lost one?

Thank you for your question. There should be 2 rollers on each side. This part of the tub wheel assembly. This assembly, complete with two rollers on a supporting bracket, supports the rack along the upper rail or track to allow the rack to slide smoothly. The part number listed under your model number for the tub wheel assembly is PS11755768. Does this rack come with the hardware that attaches the rack to the metal sliders? Our top rack fell right off the metal sliders because some parts of the plastic brackets broke
